Southwest bound Again!

Hey kids, Peggy, Ellen and I are off to the wild and wonderful southwest tomorrow! We'll be hitting Zion, Bryce, Escalante and Capitol Reef. My mother is doing a motorcycle trip with my brother and they're meeting us in Zion and Bryce for a day each. It's not a real photography trip for me although I am taking my tripod and D80 with the 17-200 lens.
My girls and I plan to hike Angles Landing and maybe a bit of the Narrows. We going to hike a bit in Bryce and check out Peek-a-boo and Spooky slots in Escalante. Neither Peggy nor Ellen have been to those areas yet so I'm real excited to show them.

You all behave and have fun this week, I'll be back in ten days with a bunch of "Landscape and my family" shots (and, no doubt, my 74 year old mom, dressed up in biker leathers, on my brothers bike).

Mark, have the best of times !! I'm hitting the beach for 3 nights with my family for Mothers day.....

It's supposed 99 in Zion tomorrow but 91 after that till Tuesday. Bryce, at eight thousand feet is forecast to be 32 at night and 75 during the day.

99 tomorrow huh? That's about 80 degrees above my prefered temperatures, and at least 20 degrees too hot for me to do much of anything.
