Cheyenne Bottoms
Here is one from Cheyenne Bottoms, central Kansas. We had around a foot of rain last weekend, which has filled the Bottoms. I have a pano of this same area over in the Man and Nature forum. Comments/critiques welcome. Canon 30D, Sigma 17-70mm at f/10 17mm. Thanks, Rob

Hi Rob, I like your choice of comp here, it really dipicts the openness. I love these types of clouds and in particular I like the tonality in this shot. Nicely done.

Very interesting! I love the upside down feeling. In fact, you might be able to get away with being completely symmetrical with this one (i.e., horizon right in the middle). Well, it might work! Nice work.

Lovely blue sky and puffy clouds, Rob. And the water - I didn't think that much water could be so calm at once! Amazing...

I like this a lot, but I think I prefer the post on the big forum. I do think this would look good with a symmetrical crop. Nice post!

I think the composition is very strong, but I bet the pano looks even better! Perfect exposure! Thanks for sharing. :toast:
