Another GOG shot re-post
I think I have this color correction thing fiqured out after some reading and all the suggestions from last week. Oh.. a little Clorox does give whiter whites! There are some funky greenish brushy things and yellow grasses in the foregorund that will I try to deal with selectively but I think this is vastly improved. Comments welcome of course!
Thanks!
John

John,

I think it is looking a lot better. It looks like have you have managed to get the ol' yeller cast under control. I also like the crop of negative space in the sky.

NIK Color EFEX 2 has a Color Cast Correction filter that is awesome! You ought to check it out! Other Great Tools by NIK too!

i like the comp, the moon holds the sky-the colors look off. can you white balance/color correct this in your editor?

you can use curves to manually adjust white balance if you don't have a white balance plug-in...

The blue of the sky and in the shadows looks too overpowering to me.

This is an improvement. You have gotten rid of some of the yellow cast. However, you're right. It still seems too green to me too, especially evident in the sandstone formations as well as the brush in the foreground. Adding a little magenta in the midtones might help. I also usually like very saturated blues, but I think Todd's right. They are a bit too powerful, especially in the shadows.
