Dunnock
Hi to all,
Dunnock , photographed next to my local canal while in search of Blackcaps which I could hear singing but couldn't see :frown: so I had to settle for a singing Dunnock instead.

Levels , Usm (150,0.3,3 x2) Cropped image for comp , S/h

Canon 20D , 500mm F4IS , W/Hv2 , Gitzo1325
1/500 @ F8 iso400 E/c-1/3 jpeg

All comments welcome

Kind regards
Andy..

Nice sharpness, and nice colour.

Everyone is posting singing birds now

Great image Andy. Never seen them singing perched like this. Don't know if you can tone down the perch a bit in places?

Like the composition :toast:

Nice pose Andy, as Graeme, the perch could really do with being toned down a bit, but a cracking image all the same :toast:

Great pose and BG. I might be tempted to cloan out the displaced tail feather - either way still very nice!

An out of the ordinary shot, slightly light on my monitor, but excellent nevertheless.
