OK, definitely off-topic but I have to post this any way...
Our daughter Elisabeth graduated from the SUNY Binghamton School of Management (one of the toughest and most respected business schools in the country) yesterday with honors. She maintained a 4.0 GPA in both semesters of her senior year. Needless to say, her family is very proud of her accomplishments!
This photo was taken immediately after the ceremony. I will not torture you with the dozens of other shots I took!
Jim Nd Donna, you certainly do have a beautiful family. Congratulations to Elisabeth on her graduation and her academic honors. It is gratifying for all of us to see the nation's and world's future look so bright with these young leaders taking over for us old guys.
Your pride and posts are well justified. One parent to another, it's hard to beat the sense of fulfillment when your kids clear that particular hurdle. Helps dim the memory of their teen years!

Congrats to you, Donna and Elisabeth, Jim - you sound like you're beaming, and rightfully so! Also sounds like Eric and Emily are well on their way to creating even more proud moments for the whole family. What a special time for you guys! Be sure to save a little pride for yourself - looks like you and Donna raised a great group of kids.
Great shots! Having a daughter in college currently I am 1/2 and 1/2 looking forward to seeing what happens after college.
1/2 of me wants to see what she can become and the other 1/2 doesn't want to loose what little I have left of my little girl.
Yes, they up grow up so fast - so many memories over what seems such a short period of time. Through it all, one learns to appreciate the time spent with our children as they grow from loveable small children through ornery teenagers to mature adults. I enjoy them all as much now as I ever have!
Hank, "clearing the hurdle" is a great way of putting it! Two down, one to go, and a wonderful sense of fulfillment for all of us.
Thanks again to all for your kind words and for being here to share this moment with us!
Thanks for sharing this with us Jim and congratulations to Elisabeth! I can feel the beeming pride all the way out here in Illinois. Right now I am experiencing the growing maturity of one daughter who's just completed her second year of college along with the ornery-ness of a sixteen year old daughter on the verge of getting her driver's license. It's always interesting isn't it? You have a great looking brood there and success-bound no doubt.
Congratulations to the entire Erhardt family! Everyone in the family contributes to milestones like this so you should all share in the sense of accomplishment. Here's two mugs up!

Our son Eric (masters in criminal justice from SUNY Albany), Liz and Emily, who just completed her college freshman year.
Here's to being broke!
Did they provide a year's worth of Starbuck's to go with the mug?

Move over Donald Trump!
All the best in your future endeavors Elisabeth!
Congratulations on the great achievements of your little ones (who are apparently not little anymore).
Looks like you now only have 3 more years of tuition left ??
Danny.
