Hello
I am entomologically challenged.
I found a couple of these in my garden. I'm presuming they are crickets. They are around 3mm long not including the antennae.
I'm wondering if they are 'baby' crickets and if so - what species?
Or are they some species of midget cricket?
A quick trawl of the net revealed nothing useful in my search for the truth.
Details
EF 100mm F/2.8 + 500D
ISO200
1/30 Sec
F11
RAW in DPP 3 and PP in CS2
Thanks

Looks like a cracking photo of a speckled bush-cricket (Leptophyes punctatissima)

Yep - definitely a speckled bush-cricket nymph. Nice crisp shot.
