Apple Orchard...
...a cup of coffee and an early morning excursion to an apple orchard in the small town of Pioneer, CA; about 20 miles east of Jackson on Hwy 88. This was my first chance to shoot here; I'm usually headed up the hill or down, and at the wrong time of the day. Last month the grassy areas around the trees were filled with wildflowers, some lupine are still in bloom at the edge of the pines/firs in the background. Anyway, it was an enjoyable morning.

Reno,

Enjoyable morning, enjoyable result! This is simple a very nice scene. I love the shades of green and how the light plays thru the image. I even like the fence post; it kind of holds the image in place. Very nicely seen. I do think it needs some sharpening for the web.

Wow. The fence really anchors down the image.
