Dogwoods along the Merced
This was taken just after sunrise along the Merced in Yosemite. Comments/suggestions appreciated.

Nikon D200: 18-200 mm @ 82 mm, 2.5 sec. @ f/32, no filters.

I don't know, Richard. I like the contrasts but the greens look a little strong to me and the leaves seem to lack an outline - if that makes sense. Did you do any blending or any work on the edges? Small dust spots at middle right and lower center also.

Marc took the words right out of my mouth. Especially with the detail lacking in the white pedals.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll keep working at it.

Beautiful in ways but needs some detail in the flowers... there is a crispness missing that I've seen in similar shots. Good luck !!

I've tried to rework the photograph, trying to show more details in the flowers, tone down the greens, sharpen the leaves.
