Whooper swans returning to Welney
Trying to cull some more files of my 2 external H drives, I came across this one from one of my visits to Welney.
It seems like a family with 3 almost grown-up youngsters returning for the night at the Welney lake. Weather rather stormy and cloudy

Taken with my old Canon gear, the 20D and 400mm Do!, before it was nicked.

What a fine shot. The equal spacing, varied wing positions and complete family unit, makes this one a bit special IMHO. :toast: :toast:

Very nice, Paula. The positioning of the swans is almost too good to be true! Can I have a print for my wall?!
