Damariscotta Mills alewife running?

Saw a brief article saying the alewive were back.

Any idea how long they run for?

I hav just returned from Damariscotta and there were lots of fish but only had about 4 Osprey sightings between 11 AM and 3 PM. Many many more poeple looking for the birds then the Orspey. No shortage of sea gulls though. There were many fly by's by an immature bald eagle that keep the seagulls paranoid and flying away from time to time.
