A pair of Dock Leaf Beetles doing what comes naturally
Another focus stacked image using 4 frames combined to give me the DoF I wanted using the CombineZM freeware program. Full frame image with a very minor repair exercise on the males right antenna which moved a fraction during one of the exposures giving me a small ghost outline. This was the best result from 5 attempts to a get a sequence of images without any subject movement.
Canon 20D
Sigma 150mm + 31mm extn tube
1/4 second@ f16 iso 200 raw (x4 images)
Gitzo 1348 and manfrotto geared head plus 'plamp' to steady the leaf

Plamp is a tool you can buy from warehouse express. Its a flexible clamp which clamps to your tripod and holds plants still. Very useful and have often thought about buying one.
Love this image! Fantastic depth of field via a great and unconventional technique, plus behaviour, plus great behaviour. A well executed and colourful image
Very nice indeed.Great angle, size within the frame and composition.Love the rich, saturated (but not overdone) colours too.
Sounds like an interesting and useful bit of software, must have a play with that.
