Yes Painted Hills. This is one of very few areas that I just like better during the late light than actuall sunset/ sunrise. I really like how the colors come out in this last light, of course the beautiful puffy clouds never hurt anything, and neither did little rain earlier that helped to give it an extra saturation boost.

BTW it looks nice as B&W too, but than again those clouds :biggrin:

I like this very wide view, Tomas - a standard viewpoint, but the view is just a little different. I agree on the lighting, too. Really nice. I haven't been there in several years... looks like I need to get back there!

Tomas, I'm really enjoying this one. And, I think "Silent Morning" currently on Photo.net is super duper nice sweet etc. Has it been posted in this forum (did I miss it?) ??
