Baby Tit (1D mk111)
Hi all

Taken in the garden with the new Canon EOS 1D mk111, and so far seems well worth the wait!

Also been playing with software options. I have spoken to support at Phase One and they say the files will open in Capture One V3.7.7 but are not yet optimized, full support should be about a month. I used the 1Dmk11 profile. The files open fine in Camera Raw 4.1 (i haven't used the Canon software i don 't like it)

I will post more info when i have time to play more with the camera.

1Dmk111
EF300mm F2.8 + 2x con
ISO 250
F6.3
1/250th
Aperture Priority

regards

Kevin

So how long is the "waiting" for the MKIII ?.

Nice shot, might need atouch of USM.But its a nice moment captured of the little asking for food  .

Cute shot Kevin - I agree with Alan re a touch USM. :toast: :toast:

What are you doing down at ISO 250 - I reckon eveyone's waiting for visual proof of the high ISO output quality - go on,live a little Kev shoot something at 1600

Arty Morris's newsletter says something about a user guide to the DPP software that Canon supply with the Mk3, available as a PDF download from his website if it's of interest to you :wavey:

I've added a little more USM to this one. OK?
I'll try out the higher ISO's and thanks for the info on the PDF download Andy.

I hate to be pedantic but you called it a 1DSMkIII 3 times in your post.

It is presumably the new 1DMkIII that you have. It looks pretty good so far and I hope you have a lot of fun with it.
