This was taken Saturday morning from Farview Curve turnout on Trail Ridge Road on the way down toward Grand Lake. Used a GND to help on the sky and the clouds.

Thanks

David,

A beautiful spring scene, but it does seem a little dark on my monitor. I do wonder if you had left out the tree on the left and included more of the ridge on the right if it would improve the composition.

Some nice mountains and clouds. I'm not sure if the GND was necessary. The clouds look nice, but the top part of the sky looks a bit too dark for me. And sort of like Mel said, I'd also try and pay more attention to the edges of the image. The tips of trees are just in the bottom of the image and there's a tree peeking out from the left side. Generally its best to include most or all of an object or none of it, rather than just a small part of it.

Try lightening the whole works about .5 to 1 stop.
