I am interested in learning what photography gear and accessories NPN members have purchased over the last 12 months. Big-ticket items (cameras, lenses, etc.), small accessories (lens filters, etc.) and everything in between - tell us (including make and model) what you have purchased in the last 12 months.
MacBook Pro with a full load of bells and whistles. It isn't a camera, but it's for photography. More important, the investment will slow my gear purchases for a while.

Dang, in the past year? I'll try to remember. Nikon D80, Sigma 10-20mm, Nikon 20mm f2.8 (used), Nikon 85mm f1.8 (used), Artic Butterfly sensor cleaner, Nikon SB-800 flash, Kirk plate for D80, LowePro Offtrail 1 camera bag, SD cards. I'm very close to now buying a Nikon 70-200mm f2.,8 VR lens and Nikon TC-20E converter. Lens may/may not come from eBay, 2X likely will come from eBay. I'm also planning on buying a remote flash trigger, such as a MicroSync or Pocket Wizard.
My 5D and 24-105/4 are almost exactly a year old. I also purchased an Epson 2400 a few months back. Other than that my biggest photo-related expense this past year are printer consumables (ink and paper), matting/framing materials, and shipping supplies.
Here's everthing photography related, not just the cameras, lenses and direct photo accessories.
Canon 30D/grip, Canon DRebelXT/grip, Canon 100 macro, Canon 430EX, set of three Kenko extension tubes, Kenko pro 1.4 TC, remote shutter releases for both cameras, CF card reader for traveling laptop, pop-up camo blind for avian photography, full set of Cabela's all-season Gore-Tex camo rain gear, full set of Cabela's winter break-up pattern shell parka/pants, Photoshop CS2.
I think that's it.

And now the wallet is padlocked for awhile and I plan my errands to not take me by any store related to computers or photography!

Yup, there`s more. The B-55 ball head and a pile of quick release mounts and lens plates from Really Right Stuff. Very little, but I'm in the frugal mode these days. I spend a lot of money on film, processing, and Lightjet prints but not on gear since the LF gear I use gets the job done. So this last year, a 2-stop GND filter and a 3-stop ND filter.
If I found $2k under a rock, I would probably buy a couple more LF lenses to complement the 90/150/300mm set I now use. Likely a 120mm and 210mm? And if I found $100k under a boulder, I could easily spend it in quick order. ...David

I can honestly say that, with the expection of the Camo Blind which is on order, I've used all of the stuff I've purchased. Some more than others, obviously. Am I taking better photos now than a year ago? Absolutely.
Nothing more planned for this year because I have spent too much already. Next year's wish list includes a MacBook Pro, a couple of all-purpose, non-attention getting zoom lenses for travel photography, maybe the 1d Mark III.
