Roxborough - Wed 6/6
Here are a couple from Roxborough earlier this week. Sorry I don't have my better Lupine shots, but they're HDR or Blended images and I haven't had time to do them yet.

And one more...

I think I see Flames from that Smokin Paintbrush Shot.

Nice shots. I like the colors in the first shot. Maybe just more room on the left side for the deer image.

Totally agree with Dan: terrific colors in #1, more space #2 (or maybe more depth of field)

One of the nicest paintbrush images I've seen! The optimal DOF makes them really pop out.

While more space to the left of the deer would be nice, it's nonetheless an incredible shot that you should be proud of. (Geez, I'm sounding like Paula Abdul on A. Idol!)

The incredible part was that the wind slowed down for long enough that I could take the shot. This was the day leading up to the big wind storm, and most of my shots have the Lupine whipping all over the place.

Here's another shot (I have three of this basic pose...); this one's got a bit more space to the left, but not as many Lupine are in focus...

Great Paintbrush and Deer/lupine shots. Of the two deer versions, I like the 1st one better. The deer looks a bit drowsy in the second one, but it is still a wonderful shot.

Thanks, Don (and all). Went out to Roxborough again this morning; Lupines are starting to lose their freshness, so if you're interested in them, get there soon.
