Where the subject is stitched together in overlapping sequence. I have nothing that is as many frames as the above photo, but rather 5-10 frames. I've tried to figure out how to do this oh PS, but I'm really hoping there is some sort of program or an easy tutorial online to follow. I guess my PS skills just aren't at that level.
Ronan, which version of PS are you using? More recent versions have the "Photomerge" option hidden in the File menu, under Automate.
If your version doesn't have it, you can always purchase a separate utility (such as Autopano Pro or PTAssembler) which in my opinion do a better job.

I have CS2.
I just found that 'photomerge' option literally 10 minutes ago, along with the 'merge to HDR' which I've been experimenting with for the past few minutes.
I'll give the photomerge a try. Thanks a for your prompt reply.
You might also want to check out AutoStitch - which has been licensed to be used in AutopanoPro. There is a free version available to download, and I find it does an excellent job. The default setting is to produce a pano quickly at a small size - just tell it what images to use and it goes. But it has some settings for image rotation, and how large to make the pano (100% will make it the full pixels from the original images). It's available here.
I haven't used any other stitching software (don't have Photomerge), so I can't comment on how good it is compared to others.
