I went to Abbotsbury Swannery yesterday to get a few shots of the cygnets etc. On the way through the fields to get to the swannery I saw a small patch of Flag Iris by a stream. There were a few males and females flitting around and these were the best part of the day for me.

Hi Rob,
Exquisite capture, I might twist it clockwise a fraction to give it more of an angle.

Great all round shot Rob and that spectrum of colour really adds to it. :toast:

Nicely taken Rob.
Dozens of male demoiselles I've noticed recently, but discovering a female in a decent photogenic spot seems to be proving a little harder.
