Every time I post a photo on this site my pictures turn out very small in size for viewing. Im just wondering if there is anyway I can increase the size. For me to get my photos to the 200kb max my images are close to 370x500 pix. Im just new at this so if you have a suggestion I greatly except. THANK YOU

I think the limit is 720 pixels on the long side. When you are done editing your image, flatten, and change the image size to 720 on the long side and then "save for web". When the new window comes up, click the arrow next to optimize to file size. I usually set this at 100k. There is really no difference at 200K since this is only saving as a jpeg.

Douglas - If you don't happen to have Photoshop, you won't have "save for web". However, there should be a quality or compression setting in whatever you happen to be using to save the smaller JPG. Set the quality lower (or compression higher) and the file size will be reduced - you just have to figure out what the actual setting needs to be, since it will vary by image. And as Adam said, the loss in quality probably won't be noticable at the small size.
