Red-veined Darter
Hi to all,
Spent the morning at Potteric and came away with nothing more than mosquito bites , bumped into Tim M in one of the hides , nice to put a face to the name , hope you had better luck than me Tim.
So here's a Red-veined Darter from last year , photographed at Potteric.

Levels , Usm(150,0.2,2 x3) S/h , Noise removal , cropped and a small piece of spider web cloned.

Canon 20D , 300mmF4 IS , 1.4T/c , Hand held.

The B/G shows him off well, some nice detail in the legs and wings.

Nice work.

Hi Andy,
Nice meeting you and Glyn, thanks for leaving me in the mosquitoe breakfast bar  I got more bites than good shots. I wonder if these Red-veined will visit again this year. Nice shot, like the pose.
