Went up to Rocky last Wednesday. Nothing new and/or spectacular with these shots. Just wanted to share them with the group. Hope you enjoy'em and it gets you motivated to get out there with your camera.

These are very nice, and they do make me want to get out. I think that winter is definitely over. Thanks for posting.

By the end of this week, I think we'll all be wishing for the refreshing cool and clean air this scene suggests.
Also makes me wish I went up on Wednesday for sunrise instead of Tuesday. I drove up from Colorado Springs, leaving at 2:00 AM for sunrise, which as it turned out was about 20 minutes too late due to some construction on I-25 that I was not aware of. I got nothing but gray skies. The wind was behaving though, so at least I still got some nice reflections.
This year I have made a big effort to get out more, both with the camera and just in general for hiking. I have still been staying around Pikes Peak lately, but now that the 4WD trails are opening I'll start getting out further. One day this week I might make it to Grizzly Lake by St. Elmo.

Very nice shot. I am thinking of getting up there at the end of the week.
