The trees are about to overtake this old house. for now it is still standing proud. the bay window is the room that Mark Hudon posted earlier. The light is a little harsh and it need a little more room at the top. Any other comments? I am breaking my "posters block" with this image. Hope to post allot more this summer, both photos and comments.
Remember that big ol Owl that was flying around, Jerry? Post anything, we can't help you improve if we can't see your photos.

I've been renovating my own beat-up old house for too long... this once actually looks like a promising fixer-upper to me! One heck of a lot more street appeal than my shack, for sure... though not quite in commuting range of downtown Portland, I take it..?
I like the photo - a bit more around the edges to bring that big tree on the left into the picture, and provide some space between the upper gable and the edge of the image would be nice. Assuming the grass goes brown over the summer/fall, this would be an interested subject after the leaves have turned, and the landscape is within the same color palette as the house.
