Hi Pete - looks pretty good from here, but I'd have to say the copyright stamping is a bit distracting.

One way you can stop pic theft to a degree is to convert the jpg file into a single frame flash file (swf) - certainly it's a method the stops a lot of right-clickers

Image theft is obviously a real concern but quite frankly, who is going to get much use or benefit of a smallish low res image from a website grab. I'd rather see clear unfettered images to be honest.

A couple of suggestions:

1. Update your UKNP profile to reflect your new website
2. Check your grammar and spelling on the website

Some nice images, Peter; looks promising.
I would like to see some captions to the pictures - who, what, when, where, why?
By the way, there is no `e` on the end of lens(e)! (as in your equipment section).
Also, the www icon on NPN does not lead to your website; I had to cut-and-paste the address into my browser.
Looking forward to seeing how the site develops.

Its quite a slick website. The nits have been covered. Some feedback that I had on a previous gallery set-up was the frame resizing niggled a few people. Might be an idea to keep the links to the other gallery on the thumbs index page, so you don't have to click back to the gallery each time. Do you really need an entire page dedicated to 'prints for sale' and kit. Maybe just mention this on your about me page? :wavey:

Just a suggestion Pete but when putting text into a page, edit it in Word first (for grammar and spelling) then cut and paste it into your web page.

Also keen to see how you develop this site. Works really neatly and quickly.....but......I personally find it a real turn-off to follow an active link only to find it's a dead end and still under construction.

I went through your galleries in reverse order and got....nothing...nothing.....nothing...then finally found the images in the Wildlife section. I would suggest making the links inactive until you have some content so you dont frustrate people. I have fast broadband but many people still have dialup and if they'd to wait for the page to load only to find no content it would be a real turn off.

I agree with the previous comments about the © marching across the images - the otters look like they've been run over by a Land Rover!

Good luck! Building your own site is a real learning curve and a lot of fun and frustration!
