Wonderful, and dramatic as usual Marc! Both the water and sky really compliment each other, I particularly like the wave getting sucked back to sea in the LLC. You have an amazing ability to capture the movement and rhythm of the ocean. It's inspiring!
This is really sweet. The motion of the water all around you and those stinking clouds !! They totally rock this shot - that little hole in the sky, how did you arrange that with the cloud Gods ??
I see a little bit too light of a blend on the big Right rock. There is a light line around it as well. Blending these things is a bitch but I learned a cool secret I'll share... after you have feathered the selection, use the arrow keys to move the mask down 1 or 2 for a perfect blend...

John, thanks for the info. I think any halo there in this image is sharpening related. I agree it might be just a little bright, but may have lost some contrast in web presentation as well.
Really nice, Marc - and as Jerry said, this is unmistakably one of yours! The B/W is very dramatic, as is the motion and sense of drama. I'm curious what made you depart from a color format for this?
Wow, there's a whole world's worth of ocean and sky coming right at me. Very cool. I like how the sky and water almost merge into one element without a distinct horizon. Wonderful effect.

Marc, I'm out of superlatives. If a picture is worth a thousand words... What a thrill to put the last click on this puppy, size it to fit the monitor, take a step back and just look at it. What a blessing to stand there and witness the scene in real life.
Great results from what must have been a difficult to handle blend.
