I have 4 prints that were juried into a large national art competition that is held in Cincinnati at Art Design Consultants, across from the Pendleton Art Center, in Over the Rhine. 3 of those images are B+W cave prints, the 4th is a panoramic B+W image of an old house in Ky. It will be interesting to see how my cave images are received by a well known / established gallery and their clientele. Their website says they are the number one art and framing retailer in the US.

You can see my images on my website:

They took quick digital photos of all of the pieces in the show, so they are pretty rough, and posted them to their website. They are asking people to vote for their favorite piece, both online and in the gallery. There are some pretty cool stuff in the show, so check it out:

The award winners will be announced this Friday evening (29th), probably during Final Friday, from 6-10pm, though the show is open all week and runs for the next month.

If you are in the Cincinnati area, stop by and check it out, it looks like a great show.

Hey Rob - way to go! I saw a Call for Entries to that, but didn't get a chance to enter. Congrats on the pieces getting juried in. Good luck on the voting - I really like to ice shot and the farm house is terrific!

Caught between dark and light is my fav. I think I've viewed that one before on your site and it's still my fav. The farm house is a close second. Good luck in the competition, Rob.

Thanks for comments, the farm house shots are old photos, that I just got time to print, and they have quickly become 2 of my most popular ones. Many have compared them to my cave shots. The image "Caught" won best of show in a national B+W cave photography competition in 2004, and has been my favorite cave shot.
