I use Verbatim printable CDs and DVDs in my Epson R1800.
Print quality is good. Ink is dry almost straight away but it is best to leave the disc alone for a while to dry completely.
I haven't used the Lightscribe discs yet. I was put off by the time needed to burn the disc, I got the impression it took quite a long time but the results look good (single colour process though obviously.....)
I use Lightscribe with nice monochromatic results. But if time is of the essence look elsewhere. It can easily take 15 minutes to burn a label onto a disk.
Discussion
3 repliesWith the printers - how good are they & how long does the print last on the disk? Can it be wiped off with sticky fingers????
Anyone using Lightscribe disks - and what're they like?
TIA
