Name this Waterfall, Take 2

Here is another, "Deep in the Gorge" waterfall.

This is one area where a 10mm would work much better than my 18mm

I left more room up top to give you a sense of how big and deep the Gorge really is in this area.

Eagle Creek somewhere was my immediate response as well. I like the comp too.

It looks to me the upper part of Wahkeena Falls, just below Necktie Falls. Am I close?

Eagle creek is correct as far as the trail goes

Just don't call it "Eagle Falls". This one is usually called "Twister" or "Crossover" Falls. Nice vertigo shot, Darren!

Darren, I'm campaigning to dub the next one up Sevenmile Falls, rather than Eagle Creek Falls, because there are just too many (whatever) Creek Falls out there.

Darren, that's be best shot I've ever seen of Eagle/Sevenmile Falls - really nice! Usually, it seems pretty lost in the brush foreground, but you've framed it nicely and chose an excellent shutter speed. Well done!

I'll defer to Bryan on why it will be many years before Sevenmile Falls gets its due...
