With all the great barn shots that have been posted lately, I thought I would share this photograph of some barn cats that I took several years ago (back in the good ol' days when it used to snow around here). I had to talk to these guys for at least two hours before I could coax them out for a mug shot. Some of you know that I'm pretty fond of cats anyway, so that was no problem. They all have a mind of their own...Bet there aren't too many mice in this old barn!

Oh sure, add cats to your barn shot! Playing on the emotions of cat lovers everywhere just to sell a print ... some people.
I have to admit, it's a great shot with loads of character, from the barn itself to the cats and even the snow & motor setting in the window. Good stuff Bill, thanks for sharing!

That's a really nice shot, Bill. Hmmm - I have cats, maybe I should work them into my pictures!
They're all looking in the same direction... Anything interesting down there?
Thanks for the nice comments. Good eye, Tim - there was an angus steer right below the yellow cats at the top. The white one on the ladder was feeling a little frisky, and climbed on down and tried to wrestle the other white one from his perch. I'm not sure what the perched one is looking at, but he knew the one on the ladder was there all the time.
