It should print on a 11x17 piece of paper. Borderless printing is pretty much a myth. The biggest image I can print on and 11x17 piece of paper is 10.5x16.5. and even at that I'd have to muck around with it a bit. The standard Epson borders are a .25 inch on three sides and .56 of an inch on the bottom.
I can size it to fit easily enough either way though.

master file being in the 3000x2000 range....
