Create a soft focus effect

Hi there,
Just stumbled across this by accident really, but its pretty easy to create a soft focus effect in PS.

Create a new composite layer and :
Use the other->high pass filter (between 10 and 50 or so)and set the layer to soft light.
And then invert that layer.
Your done

I am more likely to create it in my camera.
