Here's a shot from 2 years ago of a wild iris field off a path leading to the boardwalk over the beaver pond in the CVNP.

Even though the area is an unknown to me, I've enjoyed getting to know ohio through yours and other MWNPs eyes. I'll be keeping track of the blog as well. Nice first image on your blog by the way.
