Summer Cascades Sunset
Hi gang. I've been absent for some time. I wrapped up a 10-year career in May, flew to Hawaii for a week, photographed in the Redwoods for a week--and then started grad school a month ago. So...I've not had time to post anything. Heck, I haven't even had time to develop my film. Here's a Washington image from a while back. (Nikon F100, 35mm lens, Velvia)Cheers! Ian

Beautiful, Ian. I like the ethereality of the all-consuming clouds coupled with the warm light. This is one reason I remain patient when clouds like this consume the landscape and limit vision: I know there is still the potential of momentary illumination like what is seen in the above.

This image has a very ire feeling to it Ian, I like it..
