Hi,
Used my macro lens on what I think is called Blue Lettuce. (Please
correct me if this is wrong)
When getting in this close, they remind me of porcupine quills.
Always fun to get close-up and see things you would not normally notice.

Interesting perspective, Jeremy. I like the range of blues. This feels a little odd because there isn't much detail at the vanishing point, so I kind of feel like I'm falling through the flower. Does that make sense? Your DOF had to be pretty tight at this range.
Cool shot. I like the dark blue lines in the *what do you call those things that are popping out?*
Did you try taking a shot with the flower shaded? I wonder if that would result in softer, more even colors? (I'm not sure).

Thanks for the comment. Yes, DOF was very shallow. Flower was about the size of a 50-cent piece, so I
was really "in there". :)
After looking at this posting, I realized that I commited a Cardinal Sin of not converting to sRGB before
posting. Must remember to do that in the future.
