Hello Friends,
I just subscribed for a one-year membership here at NPN. Rest assured that this was and is the effort of all of you that made me like it so much to become a member.
I feel at home here, I like the community mood and the helpful non-ego attitude. I never experienced any rude or cocky behaviour in the forums even if my questions (or that of others) seemed naive, unexperienced.. whatever.
Thank you for being such a giving and sharing community!

Welcome Dietrich! NPN has been such a wonderful resource for me...I know I wouldn't be where I am in my photography if it weren't for the support I've gotten here. :wavey:

P.S.: In case one wondered why there is still the NPN-member-icon missing: I guess it is because I have not finished the whole procedure yet - I have to check my gmx-address which is restricted here at work...

Welcome Dietrich. Nice to have you as an "official" member! You've been an important part already, and I look forward to your continued involvement. Your web ite is indeed very nice. I especially enjoyed the cityscapes, which is quite unusual for me. Beautiful work!

For the time-being I will have to post archive-shots, and this with lowered frequency as my photo-files are on a PC some 170km away....
However there is something coming in Fall: I will go to southern Finland (Porvoo) due to work-obligations (three months, Sept. to Nov.) and I suspect this to be a great photo-chance.
Let's see how this turns out, I can't wait for this!
