If you use PK Sharpener with PS CS3 (not CS2 or earlier) you need to download a file from Pixel Genius in order for PKS to run correctly. You can download the file HERE.

Has anyone downloaded this and then not be able to activate it? It was supposed to read the serial number properly, and it appears to do so, but it says unable to activate.

Lots of people have run into this. You probably need to upgrade your eSellerate engine. I believe PKS gives you the instructions for this on their site.

I use PK sharpener with CS3 and have had no problems with the programs working.
