Misty Summer Morning color
The changing of the grass from green to gold led me to spend about 45 Min. trying different comps of this meadow across the tracks from Horsetail Falls. It was just misty enough that I needed wipers on the drive up, so shots with the Wash. side of the gorge were fogged out at the top. Croping out the fog on top and the tracks and wires on the bottom seemed to work out the best. I also had to back off on the saturation of the greens. Comments?

I like it Jerry. I like the 3 bands of colors, blue, green, and gold and the pano crop works good.

Simple, but it's definitely working for me. Great isolation and color contrasts.

nice work Jerry. I've been eyeing that meadow for years, but never took the time to work it. you did good with the layers and the crop.

Thanks for all the nice comments, like Curtis, I have looked at this spot for years. Did shot there once mayby 15 yrs ago. I think I will print an 18" pano to see what it looks like.
