Breakfast With A Friend
I love photographing horses. Just thought I would share this one taken in Tifton, Georgia by the river. They are not as easy to photograph as some think. This was taken very early in the morning with a Sony A100, 70-300mm sony lens. Really hope to meet some of you someday.

Jackie, Very nice. What an odd couple! I love horses for subjects as well and know how aggrivating they can be when they either get curious and break pose or turn away and ignore you.

Jackie,

Welcome to SENP. This is quite the find and good job capturing the moment!

The horse is beautiful. The light on the lake behind it is sweet. Great shot.

I wonder if the bird that I think I see next to the horse is a Snowy Egret or a Cattle Egret or something else altogether.

Lance, its a cattle egret. Very often seen following livestock here in the far south. The livestock when grazing stir up insects which the egret thankfully nabs for his lunch. Thanks for yours, Leann's and Richards nice comments.
