Folks,
Though I may have emailed or chatted/ posted here on NPN with some of you I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself as I recently relocated to the Portland area from Ohio. In order to skip the boring details you can see what I do at www.jackgrahamphoto.com.
Needless to say I am really excited to finally get to the PNW for obvious reasons and look forward to meeting you folks in the field and here in the forum.
I have been admiring all the work you have been posting and without any reservations, I can say there are great photog's here in the forum. I hope I can add some equally good shots as well as information.
The standards here are already set high!!!!
You're just in time for wildflowers in the high mountains although I hear Rainier isn't looking that good. Still though, the worse day in Portland/The Gorge/Hood River is better than the best day in Ohio.
BTW, why don't you head out to Hood River tonight and see my show at the Columbia Gorge Art Gallery! Hood River is having a "First Friday" so things will be pretty fun around town. Come on out, have dinner, walk around, come on down to the gallery, I'd like to meet you.

Welcome Jack! You have moved to one beautiful area as we have almost everything to photograph in nature around here. By the looks of your website I don't need to tell you that though. Nice work by the way.

Battle Ground WA checking in.....from my driveway to the parking lot at Horsetail falls is 45 min exactly......closer than most people think.......lets get out there and do some shooting!!!!
Hey! You're finally here! Welcome. Though I am from Seattle, still, our photog paths may cross somewhere is this great PNW. Glad you made it.

Ah...Tigard....my business in in Tigard on Bonita, right before the railroad tracks as you head to Hall. I'm sure all our paths will cross at some point.
