Southern Butterfly
I know most butterflys are photographed on or near flowers, but I just wanted something different, so, this one was fluttering around and eventually lit for a sip of dew beside this old fence in Tifton, Georgia. Now-he has been added to my photo collection. Don't know the species, do any of you?

I don't know the species, but it looks almost luminescent.

Nice shot, Jackie.

I don't know the species, but it is pretty.

How do you like the Sony A-100?

Richard, When I purchased this A100, I knew nothing about what I really needed in a good digital DSLR. So- I was price shoping. In this price range the Sony A100 is excelletn, but there are some things lacking if you really to take all kinds of photographs in any situation.ISO noise is terriable, motor and shutter noise is terriable. It produces beautiful colour,, and all the controls are very convenient. I like Sony so I am looking ahead at the Sony A700 for my next purchase.I will continue to use this one as abackup.
