Toad
Hi All

Not much nature photography for me recently but my garden is a bit of a toad haven at the moment. I think the wet weather and the fact that half the UK slug/snail population (approx) seems to be in my garden is encouraging them!

Canon 5D, 180mm F3.5 L, lens resting on ground, as was me. ISO 400, 1/80th, f5.6.

cheers

Sean

LoL, the other half of the snail/slug population are in mine, without the toads.... Super, just wish that the two grass stems over the head were not there and perhaps a touch more DoF but looking at the techs that probably wasn't possible.

Hi Sean. Cool shot, nicely composed and processed, just shame about the grass in front of the eye :toast:

Nice shot, wish I had a few more in the garden. I think that the angle is just right.

Hi Sean

Great low angle and eye contact - might be tempted to cloan out/back the two blades of grass Phil mentioned!

Hello Sean
Great shot, the only grass stem that bothers me is the OOF one which leads from his bottom lip to the ground.
Best wishes

I love toads and frogs and like this shot a lot. The nitts have been covered.
