When I was in White Pockets (Paria plateau), I saw evidence of the Ancient Ones (who evidently wore hiking shoes just like mine) in the 500,000 year old lava. Hmm.

Of course they did, its tough walking on rocks all day in bare feet.... you wear them, why shouldnt they? :biggrin:

FYI :the rock is sandstone, NOT lava.
I should know: I have a PH.D in geology :wink:
