I'll leave you guys with this one and be back Sunday morning. I'm heading out the door for South Sister right now. I'll camp on top of the peak tonight and take a few shots followed by some short assignment work tomorrow in the Sisters.

The exposure on this water veiling is right on Marc. Nice little stream here. I would crop some off the left and top to put more focus on the stream and flowers on the right. Headed to SS huh. I must say that is still one of my favorite places to camp in summer. Done it a couple times and was nice being at over 10k ft for sunset and sunrise. Look forward to seeing what you come back with for images!
Very nice Marc, I wish mine would come out like that

Really nice composition-was it digital capture?

It's a great/nice shot but "Beautiful Day" is going to be real hard to beat.

Beautiful image, Marc - you have an amazing eye for composition. The light spot in the extreme ULC is just a bit distracting, and that portion of the image a bit light compared to the rest of the scene. Love the the main part of the image - really nice!

This one doesn't have the WOW factor that the majority of your work does, at least not for me. The near bank and the water are verynice but the far bank with the (nearly) bare patch in the URC and the deadfall upper center are somewhat distracting. Have fun in the Sisters.

Mike, this is digital. Most of my work the past couple years has been.

On this one I really love the color in the rocks. Even though the blooms are beautiful, I keep staring at the rocks in the middle. The rock in the bottom left and the monkeyflowers in the bottom right close the edges of the frame well and keep the eye moving up the creek.
