Wonderful use of depth of field, sharp right where it needs to be. I can't say anything bad about it.

Pretty elegant, Ned. I like how you've filled the frame with it but still have a nice distinct subject or two. I really like the backwards-S curve more or less in the middle.
My eyes are kind of playing tricks on me... The petal that's clipped by the bottom of the frame is slightly OOF; the one to it's left is also OOF, but next one over is sharp where it seems like it shouldn't be. Not a big deal, just strange how imporant it is for me to reconstruct a 3D model from this.
Wow, Sir Ned, this is really good. Colors, dof, lighting, everything. And it's not on Flora forum 'cuz why?

Thanks for the feedback! Catherine, I'm still deciding what to post there - I shot several images today..... It also was a joy shooting my camera with its first professional sensor cleaning since purchase.. I can't recommend Knight Camera in the Couve highly enough!

Gorgeous as always, Ned. The color and sharpness here reach out and grab me--it's very striking. Your talent with falls is at least matched by your talent with shooting blooms.
