Know one can capture abstracts of Koi like Rick Lundh, but I gave a week attempt while at the Japanese Garden today.
D200, 1/10 sec @ F29, 40mm (18-200).

Very cool Richard, looks like a fun experiment. I really believe that experimentation is the key to progression, keep it up.

Nice "Lundheusque" capture LOL. I like it. I think it needs a bit more room on the leftside though.

Looks almost like you've taken a blurred koi and blended a US flag into the shot. Are you trying to make some sort of statement ? Serioulsy, add some stars on the upper left and you have the flag. Very interesting image.
