Calling Dunlin
Calling Dunlin from Northern Norway.

My PC crashed this weekend, so this is processed on a new uncalibrated laptop - does it look allright ?

I think that white flower needs to go.It really stands out.And a tad more brightness would look great.

Other than that, its a good un :toast:

A well timed moment Helge :toast:

I don't see very many of these birds on my particular part of local coast, and when i do, they tend to be in their fairly drab winter plumage.

Great looking birds in breeding plumage though {as this shot shows}.

Colours look slightly muted on my screen, and maybe a slight boost is needed

The open beak is great, and i agree the white flower is a slight distraction.

Nice one

The flower is a distraction IMHO,but apart from that it looks fine to me. I like the open beak , showing its tongue.

Lovely image Helge particularly with the open beak. What smart looking birds these are in all their summer plumage glory.
Contrast and colour looks good this end.

Hi Helge

Nice shot. I agree probably works better without the flower, although I don't mind it really.

Colour and contrast look ok to me on both my calibrated CRT and uncalibrated LCD. Maybe a tad increase to saturation and contrast but generally this looks very accurate to me.

cheers
