Virtually non-stop hiking to get to this destination some 5 miles away upon leaving the trailhead at 4pm. I'll get out there sooner one of these days. The wind was piercingly cold!

Nicely crafted image... good work!

Looks like a beautiful spot Trevor. The line of the ridge your on works well but, the distortion on the distant mountains from the wide angle detracts somewhat IMO. The light on the ridge in the midground is great and probably would have been missed stopped for a break! I'd like to see this a little bigger for a better understanding of the details.

The striking color saturation of this hillside is what grabs me here. Not sure if you can bring up that dark area on the left a little. Nice image Trevor!

I like this one a lot, Trevor. Look at that low-angle sidelight on the midground ridge! The foreground colors! This is my favorite of the images you have posted so far. Your stomping grounds are mostly up in the North Cascades, aren't they? Makes me want to do some exploring up there.

Nice Trevor. I might give a try to increasing the contrast in the distant mountains. A beautiful scene the way it is, though.
Wow, the light on middle ridge is a knockout. Really caught my eye. Couldn't find the heather at first... Wide angle viewpoint no doubt no doubt buried it in the fg green hillside. Oooo, it's the light here that's so fantastic.
