Fall Color Event Location - Please give your input...

Hi all. I finally organized the suggestions for places to shoot into a list. I've divided the list into Washington and Oregon and each in roughly alphabetical order.
I'd like your vote for a washington location and an oregon location, by Aug 27. If I don't have your votes, I'll have to make the decision myself, and as the PNWNP veterans will tell you, my track record for picking the right place and time ain't real good.
Once we pick the places, we'll decide on the dates. If you have a suggestion not in this list, please feel free to suggest it.
We need to get going on this so everyone has plenty of time to plan ahead.

Mount Baker Highway.
Natural Bridges
Rainier
Washington Pass stretch on Highway 20
Wells Creek Road
Yellow Aster Butte trail
Oregon:

I'd like to travel for a trip, Mt Baker, Silver Creek, somewhere not the Gorge or Mt Hood.

Mt. Adams might be a good choice or even the Mt. St. Helens area. the area above Carson just explodes with color in the first or second week of October.

Is it too early to plan this event? The response so far is quite underwhelming... There's plenty of activity on the rest of the threads so it can't be because everyone's too busy...

I say Silver Creek Falls. I agree with Mark in that I would prefer to go somewhere else outside of Hood/Gorge area. I will try to come if I can make it.

Hey Curtis,
First, thanks for getting this started. My wife and I enjoyed last years' outing at Silver Creek Falls and we'd be interested in getting out to this year's outing as well. I (or we) don't have much in the way of preferences - with the exception of Rainer... any chance to get back there!
How about Rainier for WA. I'm not as familiar with the places in OR, so as long as it's not too strenuous, I hope to join you on whatever one you choose. Thanks Curtis for getting the ball rolling. I'm not quite ready for Fall yet, but I will be by the time the trips come along. Should be fun.

Carson or Mt. Adams. Both places I have not been to yet.
Mt.Adams (somewhere near Carson) or MRNP - Mt.Adams is relatively free of crowds.

In the interest of reducing the list of featured threads, I'm going to unfeature this and bump it to the top. When I get the Event page posted I'll post a new announcment. I'm hoping to get it done this week, but I'm having trouble logging into the FTP server. Probably some stupid user trick
