Darren,
I guess because work, the Dog days of summer, not great shooting conditions, and vacations, This just isn't the high point for photography. I bet if you ask in a month or so, you would have more takers.

beginning next month and the following months I will be back to work and prepping for the Fall colors.....I have scouted some great locations and hope to hit them hard when in season....

it's kind of a bummer because you think having all this time off is great but all your friends are working so it makes it hard to get together.....

I'm off all day, Darren, but there's been some talk about rain  Email or call me...

Darren I would of course rather be nature shooting on Monday instead of working at the office (or any day for that matter). Enjoy it if you get out.

I know we talked about getting out in the fall. Do keep me posted on that. Sounds like you have some great places scoped out.

I just got my sensor cleaned and am ready to go out shooting. I can make a Monday evening shoot if interested.

Wow, where was that at Darren?

looks like road suckage X10 :frown:
I'm going take an educated guess and say it's somwhere along the East Fork Lewis... guessing only because Darren seems to like that area (and for good reason).

Hey, I hope that ain't your tire down there!

Nope, this is the road to Ramona Falls....or was the road to Ramona Falls.....

I was up scouting more fall image shots for later this year....

You can still get there, Darren - you just have to hike down from the Top Spur trailhead, via the PCT. There are a couple of trip reports on Portland Hikers describing the alternate route - a bit longer, but it shouldn't be a problem for a guy who runs up to Tunnel Falls and back for light exercise!
