Waterfall at Lydford
Hi All,

Went out the other day to Lydford Gorge National Trust reserve to try my hand at some landscapes, and this is one of the results.
I think this would look alot better in Autumn plumage though!

Techs:
D2X, 28-100MM, 3sec @ F16, Polariser, 055pro, MN501, M-up, Remote,

C and C welcome.

Thanks and Regards Chris. :wavey:

Very serene image Chris, and looks comfortably framed to my eye :toast:

Hi Chris serene was the first word that came into my brain when I saw the picture. I like the way the water flows through the picture. :toast:

Well done Chris! Its a great perspective looking right up the river. Did you venture out onto the rocks or does the river bend here. There is plenty to draw the eye in here. I'd make a note of this spot, because in autumn it will be stunning :toast: :toast:

Very nice indeed.
MIght be worth printing out a little 6" x 4" print for reference and capturing the identical scene in the Autumn for comparison.

Thanks very much for the kind comments so far.

Elliot: yes the river bends here but the path narrows to about 4 feet at this part so I had to keep moving out of the way of people wanting to pass. Will certainly make a note of this one though for the autumn.

Thanks and regards
Chris.

Very nice Chris. I like these sort of shots. I too agree the Autumn will offer really pleasing images from this location :toast:
