This place really is quite remarkable....especially at Sundown, where all you see is billions and billions of Sunflowers....and unobstructed views of the whole front range....captured on my Minolta 5D

Beautiful shot John! :toast: You might want to tell people where you shot this because I am sure some folk will want to go there.

This is incredible, John!!! The subdued backlighting on the sunflowers and the drama in the sky...doesn't get any better than this. This rocks!

Hey thanks guys! :) Appreciated!

Well, take I-70 to Tower, take Tower north, and just keep going. You will see a lotta new construction and hotels, icons to watch for on the west side of Tower would be Bennigan's (in the back of the parking lot is heck of a massive field....just walk right out into it!) Embassy Suites ( ya know, I may have to get a room there, because the views out the windows facing west have got to be totally unreal over the whole field and the front range) ....a lil farther down south on Tower from the restaurants there are fields upon fields on the west side....and more fields....I have seen quite a few photographers out here lately shooting. It is utterly surreal...but I don't think will last long....after this year it may very well be all gone as all the land is for sale and will obviously go fast seeing as how they will be adding more restaurants and hotels....sad as that may be. Anyways.....there is no other spot like this one! get there folks!

A beautiful, vibrant shot John. Love how your angle caught the symmetry of the rows.

What an awesome wildflower/landscape shot ! You handled the contrast range expertly.
